Observe Sydney throughout real patient consultations and treatments while gaining insight into the approach she has developed through building Avenue Beauty from facial assessment and product selection to injection technique, safety, and achieving natural, refined results.
Sydney will walk you through her decision-making and approach to patient care, offering a behind-the-scenes look at both her clinical expertise and aesthetic philosophy. This is an observation-only experience designed for full-time injectors with at least one year of experience.

Our shadowing experience with Injector Syd offers medical providers a unique opportunity to step inside our clinic and see how artistry, technique, and patient care come together.
During this full-day, observation-based training, you’ll follow Syd through real client consultations and treatments, gaining insight into her approach to assessment, product selection, safety protocols, and achieving natural, refined results. Syd will guide you through each case with thoughtful explanations, and you’ll leave with written materials to reference as you continue to grow in your own practice.
This program is observation-only and is designed for full-time injectors with at least one year of experience. We welcome providers who are eager to learn, exchange ideas, and bring fresh inspiration back to their patients.
